Report a correction
This is the message we most want to receive. The Veil is in beta and values move, so a reader who just tested something in game usually knows more than the page does.
Include the page URL, the specific sentence or number that is wrong, and either a dated source or steps that let us reproduce it in game. A screenshot of the in-game text settles most disagreements in one round. If you are reporting a code, say what the redemption panel returned and whether your account is in the BlackstarDW Studios group and has liked the game page — those two requirements cause most failures that look like a dead code.
Please do not send passwords, account credentials, payment details or anything else private. There is no situation in which this site needs them.
Suggest a page or a missing detail
Tell us the question you were trying to answer and where you looked before giving up. Gaps are easier to fix than topics, and "I could not find out whether X is worth it" is a more useful message than "write a guide about X".
Report an advertisement
Include the guide URL, roughly when you saw it, and a description or screenshot of the ad. You do not need to click an ad to report it, and you should not. Ads that are misleading, that try to look like part of the site, or that are inappropriate for a Roblox audience get passed to the ad network for removal.
Privacy requests
For questions about what this site stores, see the privacy page first. That page explains analytics, advertising and the controls available in your browser. Email the same address for anything the page does not cover, and say which request you are making so it is not mistaken for a correction.
Copyright and takedowns
Screenshots and video thumbnails are used to document game mechanics and are credited to their source. If you own material used here and want it changed or removed, email with the page URL, a link to the original, and confirmation that you hold the rights. These are handled directly rather than through a form.
What we cannot help with
This is an independent fan guide with no connection to the developer. We cannot recover Roblox accounts, restore lost or traded items, grant rerolls, issue codes, refund purchases, unban anyone or pass a message to the studio. Nobody here can act inside the game.
For any of that, use the official channels on the links page — the studio's Discord for game issues, and Roblox support for account and payment problems. Anyone claiming to be this site and offering items or account help is not us.
