Best race: Whaleborn

Its stacking universal damage and speed plus a night ability give it the broadest value. If you roll Whaleborn, keep it while the current balance holds.

SS Tier

Exceptional launch-week value across common situations.

WhalebornA stacking damage and speed race with a night ability. The strongest launch-week all-round roll.

AA Tier

Strong when its bonuses match your intended class or role.

Goblin+20% luck, +10% cast damage and 10% shorter cast cooldowns.

Gemhead+10% summon damage and +15% summon life. A natural summoner pairing.

OboliteResistance, stone resistance and knockback bonuses, plus an active stone form.

UnderlingFire resistance, regeneration and cast damage for magic-focused builds.

BB Tier

Useful, but either scales later or asks you to accept a tradeoff.

Human+5 maximum HP for every prestige level. Simple scaling that improves over time.

RatA 5% chance for a received hit to pass through without damage.

MushlingRegeneration and healing bonuses with a stamina regeneration tradeoff.

CC Tier

Playable, yet currently outperformed by cleaner stat packages.

SkeletonSpeed and summon damage at the cost of resistance.

HivelingStronger resistance at night, weaker by day, with an attack-speed penalty.

How this tier list is scored

The ranking weighs how broadly useful an effect is, whether it supports a coherent class plan, and how severe its drawbacks are. It does not treat rarity as power by itself. Exact roll odds are not public, so availability is not part of the score.

General value: bonuses that help most fights score higher.
Build ceiling: focused caster or summon bonuses can reach A even when they are not universal.
Tradeoffs: resistance or stamina penalties push otherwise useful races down.
Evidence quality: uncertain effects or incomplete skills limit how strongly we rank a race.

This is an early-beta ranking.

The game launched in Beta v1.0.0 and race balance is still moving. Use the list to protect rerolls today, then recheck it after major patches.
